[MVMA] Mesh install at Vandalia water tank

[Chuck Gelm]

  Will, Wynn, and I visited the Vandalia water tank and
added two Nanostation M5s. One pointed North
favoring Ken, AE8I and
one pointed Southwest favoring Ray, KD8PNV, and
the Helke Rd site.

  I hope to see an install linking the water tank to
the DARA clubhouse.
