[MVMA] Is this the surge protector that DARA wants?

The device on that website looks to be a reasonable device. I would have to buy one and open it up to be able to say it's usable. Depending on its construction it could have unwanted RF Emissions. 

Best way to prevent lightning damage is to bond and ground per the NEC (National Electric Code). Very few buildings / Homes are bonded and grounded per the code. 
The DARA Clubhouse is not bonded and grounded per the NEC (and what the ARRL recommends for towers), although they fixed one of the more significant issues after all of the damage. Therefore the risk of damage has been reduced at the clubhouse. I have offered to help with fixing the rest of the issues, but have not heard the status of resolving.
