09:30 Meeting start

Attending:

Fred Stone W8LLY, Chuck Gelm NC8Q, Mark Atwell KD8DGH

  Much discussion on how mesh may support served agencies and the community.
It is not known what Amateur Radio support the Fire Department wishes.
Apparently they do not need or want communications assistance using 
Amateur Radio.
We had one challenge from the Greene County EOC and we met it.
In Greene County is seems we should seek to liaise with the Sherrif's Dept.

10:30 Building a better network:

A link from DARA to XWARN was discussed. We want this.

  KAS: No plans

  Vandalia WT: 3 links are wanted:
   Wide beamwidth 5 GHz to Ken Noffsinger AE8I
   Wide beamwidth 5 GHz to Ray Cooper KD8PNV
   Point-to-point link to DARA.

  Pursell: Still in discussion: links to DARA and Gary Turner N8SPY.

  New: MVHS<>XWARN link.
