[MVMA] New Nightly Build (#1086): Adds passive Wi-Fi scan

[Chuck Gelm]

  A passive Wi-Fi scan does not require root password as it does not 
transmit, but only listens
for same bandwidth stations. May detect APs, neighbor nodes, and ad-hoc 
networks.

  This Nightly Build (#1086) was made available this morning, 8/26/2019.
