Update.
I just bought VOIP service from voip.ms, $0.85/month for a number and 1
cent a minute for active calls.
I ditched the attempts to configure an ATA-FXO device due to I already
have a PBX. So,
nc8q-raspbx now has a phone patch. Any registered mesh-phone can
dial-out to the PSTN.
The dial-out prefix is '79'. Local 937 area code number can be dialed
with '79'+XXXXXXX.
Out of 937 area code numbers can be dialed with a 10 digit number;
'79'+NXXXXXXXXX.
The 10 digit dial must start with digits 2-9.
Currently the dial-in is routed to my mesh-phone @ extension 1073.
Future plan is to configure IVR and have the caller choose a registered
phone's extension.
