Hi, Andy:
Thanks for the offer.
I am not familiar with the MESH installation at that site.
The devices that provide power to the node devices may be in the ceiling
of the 'radio room'.
I would likely start by checking to see if power is being supplied to
the devices.
There is a LED on the device that indicates that 120 volt AC is being
supplied.
The Power over Ethernet [POE] devices look like this:Ubiquiti Networks
POE-24-12W-G PoE Injector, 12W, Black
Next, check to see if the ethernet cables are plugged into the POE supply.
The POE port should have an ethernet cable to goes to the node device.
The LAN port should have an ethernet cable that goes to a switch.
There should be two POE supplies; one for the 2397 MHz Omni and one the
5 GHz grid dish.
If the LED on the POEs are illuminated and cables are attached, we have
some more complex issue.
