[MVMA] MVMA Organizational Structure

At the next meeting, I plan to move MVMA abandon any effort to formally 
organize and dissolve the "Formation Committee" that has never met.  A 
"BOGSAT" seems to fit us.

This includes dissolving the "interim president" position and replacing 
it with one or more "coordinator(s)." One problem with "leaders" seems 
to be veto by ignore and another is kicking the can down the road, both 
by ignore and by making things too complex and hard to do. Leaders' 
personal agendas may tend to prevail.

As in the past, JJ will continue to keep the bank account. Expenditures 
will be voted on by members of the MVMA network present at a meeting, 
since we've never had organizational members. Those requesting use of 
funds will be authorized for reimbursement if approved. Members of the 
network present might require the requester prove it works with their 
own money before voting on reimbursement. Anything's possible.
