trivnetdb -- A packet database

The trivial network database is a networked multi-user database
application designed for use in *emergency management applications*.
It is written in perl, and runs on unix-like hosts.
Though I really wrote it to be used in an AX.25 packet system, the
service actually listens to a TCP/IP network port, and could be accessed
by *telnet*.
To use it in AX.25-land, you must place some kind of shim in front of it
which translates incoming calls.
The docs include brief description of how to accomplish this in Linux.
