[MVMA] Advertised Service Name for Phone

I've noticed a couple of sites where the Advertised Service Name, "Dial 
10.x.x.x" is wrongly associated with the node, rather than with the 
Reserved DHCP name of the phone.

This misaligns the "Dail" entry on the nodes's mesh status.
