  * QSY/QRP or QRT Helke Rd.
  * Another node at DARA
  * A sector radiation pattern on 2397 MHz (could be a Nanostation? or
    Rocket/panel?).

It seems each of these would improve the conditions of the 2 users of 
W8BI on 2397MHz.
