[MVMA] Recent upgrade DARA <> MVHS 13.5 miles

A 'way-to-go' and 'tip-o-the-hat' to the crew at DARA this last weekend 
installing the North end of the DARA to MVHS link.

Moe and I installed the South end several days earlier and aimed it by 
best guess from satellite imagery.

After this success, there seems to be some discussion about creating a 
DARA <> XWARN link.
Given this success, we can estimate the success of this proposed link by 
comparing profiles.

DARA<>MVHS @ 5665 MHz

DARA<>XWARN
Noticeably poorer. I'd recommend high gain dishes (~27 dBi) and 28 dBm 
transmitters at each end.
Is XWARN interested?
