[MVMA] KAS is Dead

KAS went down at about 16:30 on Friday, 16 November 2018.

Today, Bill, Chuck, and I did an on-site and couldn’t
even get a network link with it. We tried two different 
PoE injectors, two different LAN cables, and two different
notebooks with no joy. My notebook reported, “Cable 
unplugged” with both injectors and LAN cables. There was 
no water in the cable. We don’t know if the node or the 
cable is bad or both.

This node has seemed to exhibit problems since installed.
 
Besides Helke and Vandalia omnis isolated by SSID, and 
excluding DARA and XWARN sites... 
 
MVMA is now down to two sites,  
 
W Xenia water tank and Miami Valley Hospital South (MVHS).
XWARN and WA8APB are on the former and NC8Q on the latter.
Everything else, plus NC8Q, tunnels with N8JJ-Services.
