MVMA meeting, 10 November 2018, attendance:

  Interim officers were appointed; President, Vice President, Secretary, 
and Treasurer.

  A 'Formation Committee' was commissioned to prepare an operating 
structure proposal.

  A demonstration on mesh IP phone 'dialing by callsign'.
