[MVMA] IP phone: Dial by Callsign

Guys..... Who dials a number by name/call-sign....?
That's why we have phone numbers, with a directory pad/book.

I personally would like to retain a phone number for each person.
I don't wish to dig out everyone's call sign, for a spur of the moment call,
