[MVMA] Is there a local, IP connected, WinLink2000 RMS gateway?

Winlink offers a post office that can be hosted by a Windows client on the
mesh. The post office can be configured in many ways; it can hold local
mail for pickup via mesh, forward mail to global Winlink CMS Server,
etc. Works with telnet; instructions are in the box. Forcing it into an
RPi..... not sure. However, speed is not an issue, so emulators may be ok.
