The very first thing we should do is define, “who is the MVMA?”

We need a defined membership, particularly those who are voting members.

Should we consider a non-voting “associate” membership?

We should consider minimal dues to reduce signing up of friends and family to push a specific agenda.

We need to give those who can’t attend meetings a voice, particularly when it comes to spending money, so we should consider voting by Survey Monkey or such.

We should consider a leadership team.

That’s just a start…
