IMHO:

  Currently, this node (KE8MVM-Vandalia-Water-Tank) and
the other 'North Dayton' MVMA node (KE8MVM-Omni-at-W6CDR)
are redundant.

Currently, they benefit no Amateur Radio operator.

Currently, they inhibit the link from AE8I to W8BI.

  Based on this benefit:harm relationship, it is very important
that the future of this node be presented.

  Perhaps the future of 'KE8MVM-Omni-at-W6CDR' should be presented, too.
