[MVMA] Suggested change at MVHS

All:

  I would like to add a NS-M3 to MVHS.
This node could use the existing cable that feeds the NS-M5.
This new NS-M3 would be pointed at N8NQH.

  There is one glitch. I do not know how the GS108E at MVHS is configured.
If it is not configured to accept 4 nodes configured with default settings,
this suggested change will be suspended. I need to know the configuration
of the MVHS GS108E before pursuing this change.

  It is likely that I will miss the mesh discussion net this evening.
