  Of the 47 active nodes I 'see';
22 are SISO and
25 are MIMO.
However, there may be many MVMA owned SISO nodes
in storage. :-|

  Unfortunately, it appears other groups have followed
soneone's SISO leadership. :-(

  Was more equipment purchased than can be installed in 3 years?
Was equipment purchased that requires more maintenance than
we have resources?
