[MVMA] ADS-B map on the local AREDNMESH

The ADS-B map server seems to be working.
There is an odd feature that appears on one of my workstations that does 
not appear on the rest.
The one workstation (and JJ's) overlays a dark gray transparent image 
over the map with the
words: "For development purposes only". YMMV, I guess.
Currently the server is running on a Raspberry Pi.
I have viewed the service with 7 concurrent workstations and the RPi 
stayed rather idle.
It seems that the work to display and update the maps occurs in the 
client's workstation,
so there is likely a light load on the mesh network.
Currently this service is only available on the mesh.
