[MVMA] NC8Y-1 Node - Tipp City

Jim Gumbert, NC8Y, has a node (Bullet M2 with L-COM 15dBi Omni) at his home
on South Third Street in Tipp City. It's at about 30 ft., which is simply
the best he can do. I helped him put it up a couple years ago, but he could
never make contact with my node, or any other, including the Vandalia water
tower. The NC8Y node's long years in the RF wilderness are no more,
happily, since N8ZM has joined the mesh. N8ZM and NC8Y are able to
communicate, although signal parameters are certainly nothing to brag
about. We'll get the "About This Node" page working again at some point.

Just wanted to let everyone know who the new kid on the block is.
