The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northwestern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Western Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 915 PM EDT.

* At 515 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Calvert, Coatesville, Birdsboro, Oxford, Parkesburg, North East,
  Rising Sun, Honey Brook, Elverson, New Morgan, Homeville, Glen Roy,
  Zion, Blake, Cochranville, West Nottingham, Octoraro, Mount Vernon,
  Bay View and Glenmoore.

Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over parts of the area. This
rain will result in minor flooding.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 97 and 100.
 Pennsylvania Turnpike near exit 298.
 Interstate 176 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 1 and 9.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
