  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 345 PM EDT.

* At 1149 AM EDT, the public reported heavy rain causing minor
  flooding in Pottstown and surrounding areas in Berks and
  Montgomery Counties. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.
  Similar rainfall will occur in portions of Lehigh, Northampton,
  Bucks, and Chester Counties. Minor flooding is expected for the
  next few hours.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Allentown, Reading, Bethlehem, Pottstown, Phoenixville,
  Coatesville, Emmaus, Wyomissing, Quakertown, Perkasie, Downingtown,
  Souderton, Hellertown, Birdsboro, Collegeville, Kutztown,
  Royersford, Hamburg, Fleetwood and Sinking Spring.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 78 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 20 and 71.
 Pennsylvania Turnpike between exits 298 and 312.
 Northeast Extension between exits A44 and A56.
 Interstate 176 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 1 and 11.
