EVENING...

* WHAT...Snow and freezing rain expected. Total snow accumulations
  of 1 to 2 inches, with up to a tenth of an inch of ice
  accumulation. The greatest wintry precipitation amounts are
  expected at elevations at and above 1800 feet.

* WHERE...The southern Poconos primarily at elevations at or above
  1500 feet.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, especially untreated
  bridges and overpasses. The slippery conditions could impact the
  evening commute.
