...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM MONDAY TO MIDNIGHT
EDT MONDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4
  inches.

* WHERE...Carbon and Monroe.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Monday to midnight EDT Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will move into the area overnight and
  last through much of the day Monday, especially at higher
  elevations. A transition to rain will occur through the
  afternoon into the evening. While storm total snowfall is
  forecast to be generally in the 2 to 4 inch range, higher
  amounts up to 6 inches are possible at elevations above 1800
  feet.
