...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
400 AM EDT FOR LEHIGH AND SOUTHWESTERN NORTHAMPTON COUNTIES...

At 130 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the thunderstorms which
produced the heavy rain had left the advisory area. However, it will
take time for the runoff to recede. This will cause urban and small
stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Allentown, Bethlehem, Emmaus, Northampton, Slatington, Walnutport,
Neffs, Coffeetown, Berlinsville, Jordan Valley, Ancient Oaks,
Emerald, Schnecksville, Lehigh University, Claussville, Catasauqua,
Fountain Hill, Coplay, Macungie and North Catasauqua.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
