A few thunderstorms have developed early this morning across
eastern Sussex County Delaware and also across Caroline County
Maryland. The storms are moving slowly towards the northeast. You
can expect downpours which could pond on roadways. Drive with
caution early this morning since it is difficult to see water on
roadways at night.
