...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT WEST CENTRAL NEW CASTLE AND
EASTERN CECIL COUNTIES...

At 708 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Charlestown, or
8 miles southwest of Elkton, moving northeast at 15 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Elkton, Calvert, North East, Charlestown, Zion, Brantwood, Pleasant
Hill, Cayots, Bay View, Hollywood Beach, Glasgow, Perryville and
Chesapeake City.

This includes Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 94 and
105.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
