Delaware, southern Delaware, northeast Maryland, east central
Pennsylvania, northeast Pennsylvania and southeast Pennsylvania.

Isolated to scattered storms may develop this afternoon and this
evening across the area. Storms will be capable of producing heavy
rainfall, with an isolated instance of flash flooding possible, and
localized damaging wind gusts.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

There is a chance of storms daily through at least Wednesday. Some
of the storms may produce locally heavy rainfall, which may lead to
an isolated instance of flash flooding.
