The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 643 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms over northern parts of Philadelphia into southern
  Montgomery County. This will cause urban and small stream
  flooding. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen with another
  half inch to inch possible early this evening before the storms
  diminish.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Hatboro, Ambler, Jenkintown, Rockledge, Abington,
  Bryn Athyn, Willow Grove, Germantown, Tacony, Horsham, Fort
  Washington, Maple Glen, Glenside, Flourtown, Oreland, Wyndmoor,
  Wyncote, Spring House and Blue Bell.

This includes Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 337 and 344.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
