The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northeastern Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Northern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  West central Salem County in southern New Jersey...

* Until 430 PM EDT.

* At 1228 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms developing over much of northeastern Maryland into
  central and northern Delaware. Storms will continue in this area
  this afternoon with urban and poor drainage flooding expected.
  Areas of very heavy rainfall may also cause reduced visibilities
  on roadways for motorists.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Wilmington, Dover, Newark, Middletown, Easton, Elkton, Centerville,
  Calvert, Pennsville, Smyrna, Elsmere, New Castle, Chestertown,
  Denton, Centreville, North East, Camden, Clayton, Rising Sun and
  Greensboro.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 0 and 13.
 Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 91 and 109.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
