The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southeastern Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 634 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in
  Delmar due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Millsboro, Selbyville, Delmar, Dagsboro, Millville, Henlopen Acres,
  Gumboro, Long Neck, Ocean View, Frankford, South Bethany and Dewey
  Beach.

Additional rainfall of up to one inch is expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
