...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN CECIL COUNTY...

At 1127 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Charlestown,
or near Havre De Grace, moving east at 20 mph.

Wind gusts up to 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Elkton, North East, Charlestown, Barksdale, Andora, Brantwood,
Pleasant Hill, Cherry Hill, Fair Hill, Bay View, Appleton, Perryville
and Chesapeake City.

This includes Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 95 and
108.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
