The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Central Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 800 AM EDT.

* At 504 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Weatherly, Blakeslee, Albrightsville, Lake Harmony, Arrowhead Lake,
  Pocono Pines, Beaver Meadows and Tresckow.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 277 and 291.
 Northeast Extension between exits A87 and A95.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
