...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL CECIL AND
SOUTHWESTERN CHESTER COUNTIES...

At 1031 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Rising Sun, or
12 miles north of Havre De Grace, moving northeast at 25 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Oxford, West Grove, Rising Sun, West Nottingham, Homeville, Glen Roy,
Mount Vernon, Rock Springs and Richardsmere.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
