At 954 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Fair Hill to near Crumpton to Oxford.
Movement was east at 45 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Dover, Newark, Middletown, Easton, Elkton, Pennsville,
Smyrna, Carneys Point, Elsmere, New Castle, Penns Grove, Salem,
Denton, North East, Camden, Clayton, Federalsburg, Greensboro and
Oakland.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 3.
 Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 101 and 109.
 Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 0 and 21.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
