The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Central Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 1102 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms moving
  through the advisory area with rain rates of 1 to 2 inches per
  hour. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area,
  particularly in urban and poor-drainage areas, as the ground
  remains quite saturated from rainfall during the past week.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Norristown, Lansdale, West Norriton, East Norriton, Quakertown,
  Perkasie, Doylestown, Souderton, Bedminster, Ambler, Collegeville,
  Chalfont, Tinicum, Trappe, Hatfield, New Hope, Dublin, Ferndale,
  Schwenksville and Stockton.

This includes the following highways...
 Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 327 and 333.
 Northeast Extension between mile markers 21 and 42.
 Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 328 and 329.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
