The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Southwestern Somerset County in northern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northwestern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Northern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 535 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated additional showers moving
  through the area from the remnants of Tropical Storm Fay. Many of
  these showers were light, but will impede the drainage of runoff
  from heavy rain earlier today. Minor flooding is still therefore
  possible on small streams and poor drainage areas, and so the
  Flood Advisory has been extended in time.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Pottstown, Phoenixville, Lansdale, Coatesville, Quakertown,
  Perkasie, Doylestown, Byram, Souderton, Bedminster, Birdsboro,
  Collegeville, Royersford, Flemington, Chalfont, Tinicum, High
  Bridge, Parkesburg, Trappe and Hatfield.

This includes the following highways...
 Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 296 and 314.
 Northeast Extension between mile markers 27 and 45.
 Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 8 and 20.
 Interstate 176 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 1 and 4.
