  New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Northwestern Cumberland County in southern New Jersey...
  Salem County in southern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Camden County in southern New Jersey...
  Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  Northwestern Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
  Southern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Eastern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 440 PM EDT, river gages indicate water levels on several small
  streams in the area remain above flood stage in response to 2 to 4
  inches of rain which fell since this morning. While the threat of
  life-threatening flooding has diminished, moderate rain continues
  to fall over the area and will add additional water to streams and
  creeks.  Ponding of water on roadways will continue as well. This
  flood warning therefore replaces the Flash Flood Warning issued
  earlier for the same area.


* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Wilmington, Vineland, Newark, Millville,
  Bridgeton, Middletown, West Chester, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill,
  Mount Laurel, Norristown, Chester, Deptford, Voorhees, West
  Deptford, Glassboro, Lindenwold and Phoenixville.

This includes the following highways...
 New Jersey Turnpike between exits 1 and 4.
 Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 313 and 339.
 Northeast Extension between mile markers 21 and 23.
 Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 33.
 Interstate 95 in Delaware between mile markers 1 and 23.
 Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 327 and 351.
 Interstate 76 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 3.
 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 39.
 Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.
 Interstate 676 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 4.
 Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 19.
 Atlantic City Expressway between mile markers 39 and 44.
