  Northern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Mercer County in central New Jersey...
  Southern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...
  Southwestern Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 425 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain from
  Tropical Storm Fay has moved west out of the area. However...light
  rain continues over the area, and some smaller streams remain near
  bankfull. This flood advisory...which replaces the Flash Flood
  Warning issued earlier for approximately the same area, has been
  issued to provide time for flood waters to drain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Toms River, Trenton, Lakewood, Jackson, Howell, Manalapan, Ewing,
  Princeton, Manasquan, Hightstown, Point Pleasant Beach, Flemington,
  Cranbury, Pennington, Hopewell, Allentown, Farmingdale, Roosevelt,
  Mantoloking and Allenwood.

This includes the following highways...
 New Jersey Turnpike between exits 8 and 8A.
 Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 34.
 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 59 and 76.
 Garden State Parkway between mile markers 88 and 98.
