The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southwestern Chester County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 322 PM EDT, Doppler radar continued to indicate moderate to
  heavy rain was falling across portions of the advised area. Up to
  two inches of rain have already fallen today.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  West Chester, Elkton, Calvert, Coatesville, Downingtown, Kennett
  Square, Oxford, North East, West Grove, Rising Sun, Charlestown,
  Cecilton, Glen Roy, Blake, Bohemias Mills, West Nottingham, Mount
  Vernon, Marshallton, Bay View and Lombard.

This includes the following highways...
 Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 314 and 317.
 Interstate 95 in Delaware near mile marker 0.
 Interstate 95 in Maryland between mile markers 91 and 109.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
