The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Morris County in northern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Somerset County in northern New Jersey...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 207 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has
  already fallen. Additional rain is expected through the afternoon.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Morristown, Dover, Madison, Hopatcong, Florham Park, East Hanover,
  Lincoln Park, Kinnelon, Chatham, Boonton, Butler, Wharton,
  Rockaway, Morris Plains, Mount Arlington, Mendham, Mountain Lakes,
  Stanhope, Netcong and Peapack And Gladstone.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 78 in New Jersey between mile markers 36 and 42.
 Interstate 80 in New Jersey near mile marker 24, and between mile
markers 26 and 49.
 Interstate 287 in New Jersey between mile markers 23 and 52.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
