...THE FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM EDT FOR CENTRAL
SUSSEX...SOUTHWESTERN NEW CASTLE AND KENT COUNTIES...

At 102 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to three inches of rain have
already fallen today.

Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Dover, Georgetown, Smyrna, Milford, Millsboro, Camden, Clayton,
Milton, Cheswold, Ellendale, Bowers, Woodside, Viola, Rising
Sun-Lebanon, Woodland Beach, Dover Base Housing, Dover Speedway,
Green Spring, Rising Sun and Big Stone Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
