The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Southwestern New Castle County in northern Delaware...
  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 115 PM EDT.

* At 919 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Easton, Georgetown, Centerville, Talbot, Smyrna, Milford,
  Seaford, Chestertown, Denton, Centreville, Millsboro, Laurel,
  Harrington, Camden, Clayton, Federalsburg, Milton, Selbyville and
  Bridgeville.

An additional one to two inches of rainfall is expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in and prolong minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
