Patchy fog has developed across the region this morning.
Visibilities have lowered to around one half mile to one mile in
many locations. The fog may be locally dense is some spots with
visibilities dropping down below one half mile at times.

Please exercise caution if driving in fog and be alert for sudden
changes in visibility. Drive at reduced speeds and only use low
beam headlights.
