The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Sussex County in southern Delaware...
  Southern Kent County in central Delaware...
  Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Southern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...

* Until 1045 PM EDT.

* At 841 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen in northwest Sussex,
  Caroline, and southwest Kent Counties.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Easton, Georgetown, Milford, Seaford, Denton, Millsboro, Laurel,
  Harrington, Lewes, Federalsburg, Milton, Selbyville, Bridgeville,
  Delmar, Trappe, St. Michaels, Dagsboro, Preston, Oxford and
  Millville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
