  Kent County in central Delaware...
  Northern Talbot County in eastern Maryland...
  Queen Anne's County in northeastern Maryland...
  Northern Caroline County in eastern Maryland...
  Kent County in northeastern Maryland...
  Southeastern Cecil County in northeastern Maryland...

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 748 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Dover, Middletown, Centerville, Talbot, Smyrna, Chestertown,
  Denton, Centreville, Harrington, Romancoke, Camden, Clayton,
  Greensboro, Oakland, Delaware City, Ridgely, Cheswold, Rock Hall,
  Church Hill and Cecilton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
