...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 245 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY AND SOUTH CENTRAL BUCKS COUNTIES...

At 232 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Doylestown to near Chestnut Hill, moving east at
5 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs,
         siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lansdale, Doylestown, Hatboro, Ambler, Chalfont, Hatfield, Newtown,
Bryn Athyn, Ivyland, Willow Grove, Richboro, Plymouth Meeting,
Horsham, North Wales, New Britain, Churchville, Fort Washington, Blue
Bell, Maple Glen and Village Shires.

This includes the following highways...
 Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 334 and 347.
 Northeast Extension between mile markers 21 and 23.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading
killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to
be struck by lightning.
