The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 210 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
  Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Mount Pocono, East Stroudsburg, Tobyhanna, Henryville, Analomink,
  Skytop, Canadensis, Mountainhome, Alpine Mountain, Paradise Valley,
  Gouldsboro State Park, Stroudsburg, Cresco, Arlington Heights and
  Marshalls Creek.

This includes Interstate 80 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 309
and 311.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
