* At 1257 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.
* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
Philadelphia, Camden, Bensalem, Willingboro, Lumberton, Florence,
Yeadon, Burlington, Bristol, Mount Holly, Riverside, Palmyra,
Folcroft, Jenkintown, Narberth, East Lansdowne, Beverly, Rockledge,
Tullytown and Langhorne.
This includes the following highways...
New Jersey Turnpike exit 5 and near exit 6A.
Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 349 and 359.
Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 20 and 40.
Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 334 and 348.
Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 38 and 50.
Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.
Interstate 676 in New Jersey between mile markers 2 and 4.
Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 7 and 9, and
between mile markers 14 and 15.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority. Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause

followed.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses
as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
